Across the field of public governance and innovation, a set of emerging syntheses is taking shape—pointing toward a more resilient and enabling transformation infrastructure. This infrastructure emphasizes cumulative learning, shared responsibility, and distributed agency. But what does this infrastructure look like in practice? This session explores this question in more detail.
