Experio Lab is inviting to the Experio Seminars. Once a month we’ll invite interesting researchers to talk about service design, service logic and user-driven services in public sector.

Service design has developed rich practices and context-specific models, yet its midrange and meta-theoretical foundations remain under-developed. This presentation critically examines key assumptions and heuristics shaping the field, offering alternative pathways to advancing our theoretical foundations. In turn, we discuss how this can inform robust approaches to navigating complex service design challenges.
