Experio Lab is inviting to the Experio Seminars. Once a month we’ll invite interesting researchers to talk about service design, service logic and user-driven services in public sector.

This presentation brings together a series of studies on public sector service design to examine its institutional and relational dynamics in practice. It explores how design unfolds through interactions between civil servants, designers, and citizens. It highlights how agency is negotiated, how participation is enacted, and how design processes are entangled within existing institutional structures. It argues that the impact of service design lies in the ways it reshapes relationships, reveals taken-for-granted inequalities, and enables new forms of action.
