Interactive workshop at the Service Design Global Conference 2014.
The Service Design Global Conference is the largest network in the world within service design where companies, service designers and students meet annually. Experio Lab had the opportunity to be a co-host and sponsor of the conference when it was held in Stockholm 2014, with over 600 participants from around the world.
The goal was to give participants from all over the world the chance to experience and learn more about involving staff, patients and family members in order to design care services that create value in people’s everyday life. Experio Lab was presented as a learning project within the County Council of Värmland with the mission to create a meeting between care and design.
Experio Lab was a co-host and sponsor when the conference was held in Stockholm and organised an interactive workshop called ‘Feel, Share and Understand Experience!’. About 70 participants got the opportunity to try our empathy tools and learn more about our way of working with design as a tool and user-involvement as an approach.
